permission for filming

Public places

Screen shot from http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/

We have decided to record in public places because the locations we are using don’t require permission as the locations are public places as you can see from above the screen shot says that it is legal to record in the public places as it’s owned by the government not owned by privately. As you can see I have a screen shot from the Crown Prosecution Service, which states that it is not a criminal offence if it is not for exempted for work, by this it means that it’s not a job you are paid for.

Permission to record in the house

The above written letter is a confirmation that we can record in Ismail’s house, the letter has been signed by the house owner which owns the premises. The above permission allows us to record at Ismail's house.

All the permission above is all we need as we will be recording in public places and the house, the above permission allows us to record in the places which we have listed.
