Creating my artist's identity

Young Blade

The artist above is called young blade the artist is 27 years old male and is an unsigned artist the artist is located in america and is a hip hop artist, the artist songs are original content created by his self, the artist is of black ethnicity. Young blade has made more songs in his music careers. The music videos he creates are very simple which indicates to us that he has a low budget as he fund it his self and he does not have many background dancers in his video as he is the only one in the video.

Clothing

The above clothing have been chosen as i believe that my artist is most suited for these items as they stand him out and the also represent the genre that he does which is hip for example the yellow stone island has been used so that my artist stands out as the main character and i also have used another jacket is the Louis Vuitton jacket i have chosen this jacket because i think it will represent my artist in a good way as many people cannot afford this jacket because it costs a lot. I have used a jean jacket because the is blue and stands out and it is very unique as you do not see hip hop artist where them kind of jackets. I have used expensive clothes as it allows the audience to know his rich.

Typography

Above you can see five different typography's which i am interested in using for the music video, in the music video i will be using it for my logo which will appear at the beginning of the music video, the above typography are very different and i have not seen them used in music video so it'll make my music video very different, this will catch the attention of the audience as it will be different.

mise en scene

I'll be using these as my mise en scene because i believe that my music video has to include these mise en scene because these conventions make it look like the genre which is hip hop, and also we see all the above mise en scene appear in hip hop films.

The above colors would identify my artist as i think that the colors i have chosen are very different to each other, i have chosen bright and dark colors i think that my artists represents both as the dark colors would represent his dual and bad childhood identity and the bright colors represent the future as he has been successful.

Imagery 

The above picture show what i am planning to include in my music video and it also shows that i want positive attidude so it can have a good influence on the audience watching and i also want to send a message showing that they can change in the future like my artist has.
